There are many
ways to scale your business. The important thing is to know your
numbers.
You can scale your business in the following ways:
1. Get more leads - To do this: scale your traffic; test and tweak your
traffic to be more targeted; find other profitable sources of traffic;
and, find other sources of leads.
2. Sell more to the leads you already have: create more products; find
congruent affiliate offers; survey your list and find out what they
want and need, create products that give them both; and, create a
bigger range of products.
3. Add coaching to your product offerings: take one of your best
courses and add a coaching element; you could have a monthly payment
coaching program; or, a high ticket program. (If you are doing any DFY
aspect, it's best to have a one-time payment).
